Cricketers Car Park Closure

For those fans unaware, the car park at the Cricketers, Sturdee Avenue, Gillingham, is due to be fenced off and closed later this week. This is in preparation for work to begin on the building of 2 two bed houses, complete with four parking spaces which are strictly for the use of the houses only.

This will severely limit car parking at the Cricketers on a match day.

Planning permission still has to be granted to Punch Breweries, but should the building work go ahead the GISC do operate a car park in Franklin Road. The cost to park is only £3 per car. Further details can be viewed here.
